2007 Dodge Caravan. Have one out let on dash and it is controlled buy the Ignition switch Want it hot all the time for my GPS. Book says it is easily changed How is it done???

Check fuse PTC 13amp and ground circuit G200 behind left side of dash. as for removal you gonna have to play it by ear-I have no procedures for removal not in the book sorry
