2007 Dodge Caravan passenger air bag light/dash air bag lig

The passenger air bag light stays "ON" when someone is seated in the passenger seat. I have tried bouncing up and down but is stays "ON"
Also the airbag light stays "ON"
Is there something I can test or replace or is this something I need to take to a dealer or mechanic
