2007 Dodge Caravan LEAK

Hi, I have a 2007 Dodge Caravan SXT with 40,000 kms. Just today I've noticed that there is something leaking underneath, on the front passenger side under where the passengers feet would be.

It doesn't have much of a consistency, not greasy or slippery - just seems like water and doesn't leave a stain on the pavement when it dries.

What could this be?
