2007 Dodge Caravan belt noise

I have a 2007 Dodge Caravan with 39000 miles.
there has been a horribly loud squeal from the belt area since purchase. we have changed belt several times (5 plus times). Could it be the tensioner pully making the noise. performance is not affected. A/C works great. The noise starts at start up and does not change with A/C on or off.

Hi there, i would be replacing the belt tensioner assembly as a unit.
