My blower quit blowing heat. It doesn't work on any setting. The heat is still emitting into the car but only while running at high speeds down the highway. I live in very cold climate and need heat. I chnged the fuse and relay with no luck. Now what??

if fuse and relay i OK then next to test will be the heater control switch on the dash. if thats OK then suspect faulty blower motor.
