2006 Dodge Caravan front heat for drivers feet

Heater problem
2006 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 41k miles

it seems i never can get heat directed to this area near my pedals and feet. Is this normal? My feet are still cold by the time i get to work 25 miles away. The rest works just fine.
