I took my car for Winter Maintenance at the Chrysler dealer and was informed that I need the above replaced. Is this normal wear and tear related as I was also in an accident where I had my foot on the brakes while my car was rearended by a bus and the car was pushed about 15 feet and then it came to a stop while my foot was still on the brake. If it could be accident related may be I can get the insurance to cover the cost. I would appreciate your opinion in order for me to go ahead and get the repair done.
I think it is a front wheel drive.

Both items are normal wear and tear, unfortunately.
