When I turn the vent or air on all I get is warm air. I checked the freon levels and they were ok. I can hear the compressor kicking on and off when I turn the air on and off. Even when the outside temp was only 56 the vent was still warm. Actually it was kinda cool at first until the van started warming up and started getting some temp.

Either a low charge, or blend door problem. Follow these specs, start and fully warm the vans engine then close doors, roll down the windows, set RPM to 1100, set full ac and recirc, measure ments and temp readings are listed below.
