2005 Dodge Caravan puddles under van

After using the heater in the van, when we park the van and it sits a while, there is a clear puddle under the passenger side of the van in the front.

Front meaning firewall or bumper?

Heater, not air conditioner correct?

If you touch it, is it greasy?

IS this regardless of rain periods?

Put a piece of white cardboard under it before it leaks and better describe it.
