2005 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 36000 miles

How do I install a new passanger side power mirror? There are several wires and the wires on the new mirror are linked into a small black box. The wires that are coming out of the van for the mirror are all free. What is the installation procedure that I should follow to properly install the mirror.

The door panel need to be removed
