2005 Dodge Caravan Grating noise or Passenger side

When I go over speed bumps , there is a grating noise. It worse in cold weather.

I have replaced tie rods, frame bushings. Mechanic told me it was the upper strut rubber bushing, the bushing is OK but makes the noise.
