2005 Dodge Caravan Engine Not starting after sitting

3.3 V6 will not start after sitting sounds like starter solinoid clicking but will not start unless jumped. Have had battery and alternater checked and both check out ok. Acts like something battery? What could be causing it.

Without the jump, check the actual voltage reading at the starter relay. Also, use digital multimeter, leads across battery posts, engine cranking, what is the voltage reading? All battery connections are clean and tight?

At the relay, terminal 30 is hot all the time. Terminal 86 goes hot with key in the crank position. Any testing at the relay, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set
