2005 Dodge Caravan Engine Light

My engine light keeps coming on whenever it rains, or I take the van through a carwash. It then goes off within a couple of days. Can the moisture cause the light to come on?

Check it for tune up suspect bad wire
scan for codes
I would expect to see a misfire code

need manual CHECK IT @
