2005 Dodge Caravan code 480

I have a check engine light code 480. I checked the fuse in the ipm and found fuse blown. Replaced and the check engine light is still on but the fuse has not blown again. I am having trouble finding the rad fan relay and the power control mod that controls the fan relay

The relay is at the top of the left front frame rail. Here is a picture:

As far as the PCM, it is located in the left front of the engine compartment. Here is a picture:

Hi Joe,

I tried to reply last night but the page closed. The 1 st pic has helped me find the rad fan. The second pic does not look like my motor. I will put on the lift and look for the power control mod. Are there different 3.3 6 cyl motors?

Hi,

For the piece on top that has the 3.3 stamped it is a solid square shape. I will proceed. I was thinking there may have been other versions made. Thanks for the help. I will try and leave positive feed back.
