Roll door glass down. Remove front door trim panel. See TRIM PANEL see below .
Remove shroud shield as necessary to gain access to outside door handle.
Through access hole at rear of inner door panel, disconnect wire connector from power door lock motor. Disengage clips holding linkage to door latch.
Remove linkages from door latch. Remove screws attaching door latch to door end frame.
Remove door latch from door.

Removal & Installation (Front Door)
Pry courtesy light from door trim panel.
Disconnect wiring and remove light.
Remove (if equipped), door pull handle screws and handle, door pull cup screws and cup, map pocket trim screws and window regulator handle.
Remove door lock switch. Pry door trim panel from door.
Disconnect inner door handle linkage.
Remove door trim panel. To install, reverse removal procedure.
