2004 Dodge Caravan Replace Passenger Mirror

I need to replace the passenger side mirror..I have the mirror, but don't know how to get the old one off. Any suggestions

Power mirror, trim panel of door must be removed first. Manual control could be removed by first removing the triangle cover, then 3 10mm nuts. You may require a small hex handle. Very small, to release the lever if it is a manual remote.
