2004 Dodge Caravan RADIATOR COOLING FANS NOT WORKING

I REPLACED THE AC COMPRESSOR AND I NOTICED THAT THE RADIATOR COOLING FANS DO NOT TURN ON WITH THE AC ON. HOWEVER THEY DO WORK WHEN JUMPED. COULD IT BE A COMPUTER PROBLEM?

computer would be worst case scenario. most likely ilt is a faulty switch or relay. test out the radiator fan relay, located at top of left front frame rail.
