My wife's van almost failed to stop today. She described the problem as the breaks "Shuddering" as she applied the breaks. It only happened once, not recurring as she drove it the rest of the way home (some 15 miles on country roads). I need front brakes

it sound like front brake rotors has excess run out, must be replaced with the front brake pads.
