I have a 2004 dodge grand caravan, the heat takes forever to come on/warm up. If you are driving or in motion it works slightly better. could this be a coolant/antifreeze problem or a thermastat problem?

Hi:
It could be either. First, is the coolant full? Also, does the engine run at a normal operating temp or does it run cool?
