hello there, I have dodge caravan 2004 the problem with this vehicle is that interior and exterior lights are bllinking no much noticeable, but visable. what could be the problem? one of the mechanic told me it could be ur body control module. and also gauges jump up and down to not all the time but light continuously.

I agree. It could be a BCM problem. It has control of all the accessories your mentioning.The cluster is another problem since it's a module also. There is an integrated front module in the battery area that has problems also.
