2004 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

radio and cigarette lighters not working. i have checked the fuse box under the hood and none of the fuses are blown. i there another fuse box? i checked inside the drivers door and under the steering wheel. the manual says the only fuse box is under the hood and if you have any related issues to contact a dealer. there has to be a hidden fuse

welcome to the forum, no other fuse box, I'm aware of. Use a test lite, check fuse circuit for voltage. Fuse 5 -- 20 amp, in underhood fuse box, integrated power module, whatever they call it. That fuse gets voltage from accessory relay, pull relay, use test lite, two terminals should be hot all the time.
