2004 Dodge Caravan front blower motor not turning on

Air Conditioning problem
2004 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75k miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
front blower fan not turning on for heat or a/c. checked the related fuse and relay in box and are ok. My guess is its the fan and not the switch, rear blower runs fine. thanks for any help ,if fan needs replaced is chiltons or haynes better for this model, or do you have instructions? thanks again.

Check the blower motor for power and for ground
place the blower fan speed at high and test
blower motor is located right side under dash and clove box
