The rear wiper on my van was vandalized, the arm is now bent back on its self. Is there a way that I myself can replace this part easily.

The arm should unattach (bolt,nut or sliding lock) from the shaft on the motor. Might need to go to Dodge for the arm, but this is a DIY for sure.
