2003 Dodge Caravan Front Wheel Drive

HI, MY HUSBAND PLUGGED IN A COMPRESSOR AND BLEW THE RADIO AND LIGHTER. CHANGED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE RIGHT FUSE BU FUSE BOX IS VAGUE AS IS MANUAL. PEOPLE HAVE SUGGESTED A SECOND FUSE BOX INSIDE UNDER DASH AND ALSO A RESET BUTTON. NEITHER OF WHICH I CAN FIND. ANY SUGGESTIONS

If there is still a second fuse box, it will be under the dash, ahead of the brake pedal. They might have done away with it by 2003. Look for a cigarette light fuse. That is also a commonly used circuit for the radio memory which is needed to maintain the station presets and clock while the ignition switch is turned off.

If the fuses aren't labeled real well, use a test light to check each one on both sides. The blown fuse will have voltage on one of its terminals but not on the other one. The terminals are accessible through tiny hole in the plastic, on top.
