2003 Dodge Caravan P1478 Battery Temp Sensor out of range C

I am getting a battery temp voltage out of range error. I removed the battery and there is no battery temp sensor in the tray. Can anyone tell me what the next most likely way to resolve this issue would be.

When Monitored & Set Conditions
Battery temp is monitored with ignition on.
DTC will set if the battery temperature sensor, internal to the PCM, goes above 4.9 volts or below 0.1 volt for more than 3.2 seconds.

Possible Cause
PCM

Testing
The PCM has detected a fault with the battery temperature sensor which is internal to the Powertrain Control Module.
there are no possible causes remaining, replace and program the PCM
