I have this sound that occurs when I drive over mnor bumps in the road. It sounds to be coming from the driver-side. And it sounds like a "bump".
Checked the sway-bar bushings, and they don't look worn. But I'm not completely discounting them. The strut tower doesn't have any play in it.
I'm not able to reproduce the sound by shaking the vehicle, so I'm inclined to think that it isn't suspension.
The sound doesn't occur when driving over larger bumps (Ex. railroad crossings), and it doesn't frequently happen when turning corners.
Could it be the bushings, and the wear isn't really apparent?
Thanks
