I replaced, the coil pack, the plugs, the plug wires, the crank sens, and the pcm. and still i have no power or spark to the coil pack or plugs. is there any thing else that would cause this, other than the ecm ?

Before you replaced the crank sensor, did you check the sensor circuits at the wiring connector? primary voltage to the coil--injectors--02 heater circuit, comes from asd relay. I'm not saying the relay is faulty, I'd have to check wiring circuits, voltage and ground. Also, your cam sensor could cause an issue. I can't tell much without testing?
