I recently noticed that when I turn on my heating and A/C systems I do not have a Low or Medium speed. It will only run at high speed. I can feel a little air flow when in low or high but it is not really noticeable. I thought maybe at first it might be the heater taking a while to warm up, but the A/C is doing it as well.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Does the van have manual a/c and heat? or Auto temp control? Manual heat check the rlay in the intelligent power center under the hood, then the resistor, on the a/c plenum under the passenger dash, and the switch itself. Auto temp uses a control module instead or a resistor...I will email the tests to you!

Mike,

The van has manual heating and A/C. I have received your emails and will check everything this weekend. Hopefully I can get this repaired prior to taking it in for a service.

Thank you for your help
