Heater problem
2003 Dodge Caravan V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80000 miles

When I use my heater it doesn't blow hot air unless I turn it on maximum.
What could be the problem?

Does the fan blows any at the other speeds
If no air blowing that’s the blower motor resister no good
