Heater working but there is a smell of antifreeze
and smoke coming from radiator, checked for leaks
and worn hoses all good,also checked fluids everything checks out could the radiator fans have gone bad? any ideas will be appreciated thank you.

Have the cooling system pressure tested that will show any leak.
