My speedometer and R.P.M on the panel doesn't leave 0. Checked the fuses and disconnected battery and re-hooked it up with no luck.

Suspect bad cluster/or wiring
cluster failure more common
Use a scanner select DATA start and run the engine do you have RPM
check for IP codes
