2003 Dodge Caravan 2003 Caravan no start when rain

I have a 2003 Dodge caravan, 3.3, auto. When it rains, the car wont start. I had it towed into a local repair shop. They sold me a new computer & crank sensor. 2 days later, it rained and the van would not start. Towed it back in, they stated they clean some wires under the fuse box. Next next week rained, the van would not start again. Any ideas?

Get a spray bottle of water and set the brake, open the hood, and spray the water on the secondary ignition(plug) wires. If it shuts off replace them all.
