2003 grand caravan 3.3 will not crank. Starter relay is clicking. installed new starter and ignition switch. I jumped the starter relay, engine turned over but still did not start with key on. all dash lights working properly and checked fuses and relays.

Did you replace the switch, or the key tumbler?
