Assuming your vehicle is equipped with power windows, remove your door panel, locate whatever track/feet the window came out of, using urethane glue/sealant for auto glass, reaffix window into said track/feet after thoroughly cleaning all parts of old adhesive. Be sure to carefully operate the window to check position before it sets. Leave the window closed - don't operate it - for several days to set thoroughly. If you are not fairly confident of your ability to position the glass correctly in the track/feet, you will do well to take it to a professional.
If your vehicle is equipped with manual crank windows let me know so I can post proper procedures for reparing it.
