Electrical problem
2002 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl All Wheel Drive

Hello! We have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. Last few days the A/C fan, radio, and power windows will all die at the same time. Cold air does continue to trickle out the vents, just with no air speed (it will also do hot if we adjust the temperature). We also have two power outlets below the A/C system - one direct to the battery and one that only works when the ignition is on - the latter outlet also dies when everything else goes out. This only happens when the engine is running. All components work fine when the van is parked and ignition key is turned to auxiliary (one position before starting the engine). When van is stopped, turned off, and restarted then all work again for a short time before cutting out again. Everything else on the van continues to work fine. Any ideas? All will be appreciated.
