I have replaced the thermostat because i thought it was bad, but now, it takes a while to blow heat, and when it is heating, if I change the control from floor or dash to defrost, all of a sudden the heat is gone and it blows cold. When i put the control back to the dash or floor, it takes a couple of minuets and then it blows heat.
