2002 Dodge Caravan Key won't trun

My key goes in but won't turn. The steering wheel is not locked, and I can't move the shifter.

Very common with Chry
remove key rotate 180 insert and try again
ignition cylinder and key need to be replaced
if still can not turn key best bet is to have a lock smith replace it for you they will remove the old cylinder out and install new one in keyed to your original key so no need for any programming at all
