There is a problem with the TPS on the throttle body. It may be bad, unplugged, or have a wiring problem. Replace it and reset the PCM. The fuel control system is seeing a drop in vacuum as you open the throttle blade but does not get any confirmation from the throttle position sensor so it doesn't do any fuel or timing advance, for safety reasons. Some, most, have a MAF sensor to back it up. It will light the check engine light but get you home in limp-in mode. I hope this does it. I haven't had much luck lately but that must mean I am due. Good luck and thanks
