my caravan makes a knocking type noise when I hit small bumps or turn the steering wheel back and forth when driving down the road. I have changed the strut mounts which I felt were going bad and the stablizer bars. One of them was a little loose. Did not help the problem at all. Thanks for the help.

Have you tried having the sway bar links replaced?
