2002 Dodge Caravan Engine will not run

The engine starts (not every time) runs afor a while then dies.
There is a 1391 code.
I have replaced the Camshaft Position Sensor.
I have looked at the Crank and Cam position sensors signal with a scope and the signals are there.
Is it possible the Powertrain Control Module is bad?

Could be the pcm or the cam, crank and computer need a relearn procedure.

Also mind you if the belt slips by just as much as 1/2 a mark that it can be misaligned and cause that code to show up.
