2002 Dodge Caravan BUZZING SOUND WHEN IDLING.

Noises problem
2002 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

After I hit a deer. Driver side headlight and hood is dented there is a loud buzzing noise when idling.
Other than that it seems to run just fine.

Where is the noise coming form? Do you only hear it when the engine is running? Does it ever change?

Under the hood only when the engine is running.

Make sure the fan isn't hitting anything. Also, check to see of the damaged light assembly is loose and vibrating.
