Heater problem 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 94000 miles

When I turn on my power button for my blower, it does not work on 1-2-3 settings but only on high I have checked the relay and fuse, no problem there I even switched the front blower relay with the rear blower relay and still the same, only works on high.
Confused?

Thanks

The resister block is located behind the glove compartment. It is very easy to get to and change. Just open the glove compartment and press in on the sides of the glove compartment towards the back and the glove box will open all the way and hang down close to the floor. Now the resistor block is right there. All you need to change it is a 8mm socket. I have had this same problem several times and so has everyone else. There are two connectors on the resistor block the one on the right is the blower motor and the large one on the left goes to your blower motor fan switch on your console. Replace the resistor and your problem will be fixed. Also check the connector on the resistor block and make sure there are no burnt wires
