MY AIR CONDITIONING WILL NOT BLOW OUT COOL AIR. WHEN I PUT MY HAND ON THE VENT IT IS VERY COOL. BUT IT WILL NOT BLOW. IT HAS POPPED BACK ON A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT ONLY FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
