Got the new motor in, works fine, but there seems to be quite a bit of slack in the cable. It does not pull and push properly causing the cable to get jammed up on the cable wheel. Is there a trick to get the cables back online? Thanks in advance for your time!

I've replaced both of mine with no problem. Don't know if this will help, but the cables should criss cross like an X in the door. If yours is criss crossed, then I don't know.
