Hello,

I was told that the intake on my 2001 Dodge Caravan (3.3L V6) is weeping coolant. They said it would be ok for a while, and that I should just be aware of the problem, and monitor the coolant. Can I put some "stop leak" in, to see if that would help?

Also, they said it is labor intensive to replace it, does this repair typically fall in the $1000 range, or more like $500. I know the gasket is fairly cheap, but how many hours do you think it would take?

Thank you for your help,
Bill
