water leaks inside on the passagers side when i turn on the air condition

mostlikely the condensation drain plug is clogged and is causing the condensation to build up and leak into the car instead of drip out of the car, you will need to stick a pencil in the drain located on the firewall and gently try to poke around and unclog it. its clogged because, leaves and debris has build up inside the cowl and eventually clogged the drain.
