2001 Dodge Caravan Trac Off, Brake, ABS Lights are on

I have Trac Off, Brake, ABS Lights are permanently on. At the same time my Fan, A/C stopped responding, blower is on no fan speed regulator, no temperature regulator nor A/C. Any clue?

Sounds like the instrument cluster has a problem, get it scanned for codes by a shop that can read "B" and "C" codes...
