2001 Dodge Caravan ignition wont turn at all

2001 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello,

I parked my Dodge Grand Caravan and then went inside to change clothes and returned stuck the key in the ignition and was shocked to find that it would not turn at all. My driveway does have an incline. I tried to turn the wheel and unlock it and then start it but to no avail. I dont want to call triple A and it be something simple that I am not doing. can you please help me.

Make the car is fully in park. Does the key turn at all?
