Steering problem
2001 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Every time after it rains and I try to go to work, I back out of the parking lot and try to turn the wheel but it won't go. Usually after a couple of minutes, I am able to turn the wheel but lately, it is getting worse and worse. It takes all my strength to turn the wheel. The power steering fluid is at the correct level. Is there anything else I can do before I have to take it to a garage?

No, if the fluid is ok, and it gets better at times, it is a belt, pump or column problem and requires quite a bit of tools and finesse. Matbe the rack could be bad also. You've done the right thing.
