2001 Dodge Caravan gauge lights tach out

the gauge lights are out and the tach is inop. Where are the fuses for these components?

It is located in the engine compartment in the front left side. The power distribution center. It has a lid on it identifying each fuse. The cluster is fuse 24 a 20 amp fuse, see if it helps, ok

After asking a variety of sources, I tried disconnecting the battery and touching the cables together for a few seconds, they worked!
